Emma prides her self on patient centred care with a strong evidence based focus. Emma is passionate about optimising pelvic floor health to facilitate her clients to initiate, return to exercise or achieve their exercise goals.

Since graduating from the University of Huddersfield in 2007 with a First Class Honours Physiotherapy degree, Emma has worked in the hospital and community settings in the UK, New Zealand and Australia. Emma commenced specialising in the area of Women’s Health Physiotherapy in 2019 and has since completed her Master’s Degree in Pelvic Health and Continence. Emma has a strong focus on staying up to date with the latest best practice guidelines and evidence and had her own research published in The British Journal of Pain in 2024.

Emma loves to support women on their journey from pregnancy, to the postnatal period, aswell as the menopause period and beyond. She loves for her clients to feel confident in their bodies to reach their exercise goals, throughout all stages of life.

Outside of work, Emma loves to run and be active, which isn’t hard with her energetic little boy. Emma loves a good coffee and time with friends. Travel is also a big part of her life, with annual trips to Ireland to visit family.
