This program is designed to support your postpartum recovery through Pilates-based movement. Our practitioner led classes will help you restore core strength, improve mobility, and promote overall well-being after birth.

Class Times: Monday 10 AM & Thursday 10 AM (Evening class TBC)

Post-natal Clinical Pilates  FAQs

  • Yes! We offer baby-friendly classes, so you’re welcome to bring your little one along. We create a relaxed environment where you can focus on movement while keeping your baby close.

  • No! This program is suitable for all fitness levels—whether you're new to Pilates or have practiced before, we tailor exercises to your needs.

  • The program runs for 8 weeks, with one or two classes per week. A commitment is required to ensure you get the best results.

  • $44 per class OR $39 per class if attending twice a week
    $49 initial consultation (required before starting)

  • Item Most women can start around 6 weeks post-birth (after medical clearance). We recommend consulting with a women’s health physio if you have any worries, queries about your pelvic health
